S-5! hardware is custom-designed to the specific use of each intended application.
Bolts are available in multiple lengths 16 mm, 20 mm and 40 mm. Standard size clamps come with 16 mm bolts. Mini clamps DO NOT come with a bolt. Source separately (in appropriate length).
Each S-5! part utilizing this fastener has been load-tested so engineered applications can be utilized. Piercing fasteners are normally included with parts requiring them, but you may also purchase them separately.
Head is zinc-aluminum alloy matching up to all 55% AlZn coatings that dominate market for coated steel roof sheet; head style and weather sealing washers 50-year+ service life; test results based on 16 gauge (1.52 mm) steel purlin; screw is designed for up to 12 gauge (2.66 mm) thickness.
Tip and threads are specifically designed to maximize pullout when fastening into the wood structure or OSB/Plywood decking.
Attachment with metal-to-metal fasteners has been tested in wood timber purlin, as well as OSB for engineered applications.
Lug accommodates ground wire size #14 AWG to 4 AWG. Tin-plated aluminum for durable, long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Improve install time and achieve an easy ground path. These bonding jumpers clip to the underside of the module frame to electrically bond columns (stacks) of the PV array.

Use this ¼” (6 mm) EPDM pad to absorb vibration from HVAC units. Stack multiple damper pads to help level the unit on sloped roofs. Pad features a keyhole slot for easy insertion over bolts.
