CorruBracket is ideal for mounting snow guards and other heavy-duty applications to corrugated roofing. Compatible with the PVKIT® for direct-attach™ solar PV mounting when there is an underlying wood deck. This metal roof bracket can also be used with railed mounting.
Fastened through the roof panel and into the structure, CorruBracket utilizes two to four fasteners specifically designed to outlive the roof.
Note: CorruBracket must be mounted directly over and into the supporting structure of the roof, (i.e. wood decking, wood or steel purlins or trusses) – NEVER into the metal roofing material alone.
With no messy, field-applied sealants, there’s no chance for leaks. CorruBracket comes with factory-applied, butyl sealant already in the base. The part design conceals the sealant, preventing UV degradation and over-compression of the sealant when fasteners are secured.
CorruBracket has been rigorously tested normal-to-seam (pull-up) and parallel-to-seam (drag load) for load-to-failure results on wood decking, metal, and wood purlins.
Due to the various mounting applications, CorruBracket screws are offered separately through distribution or direct.
Be sure to check out the many other features on the bracket overview page.

Exposed-Fastened, Corrugated
No surface preparation is necessary. Simply wipe away excess oils and debris; peel the release paper, align and apply.
CorruBracket is mounted directly into the supporting structure of the roof (i.e. roof decking, and wood or steel purlins). Secure through the pre-punched holes using the appropriate screws for the supporting structure.

Yes. With S-5! VersaBracket™ and CorruBracket™ ColorGard can be used on other roof types, including face-fastened metal panels and even non-metallic roofs. CorruBracket is the right choice for corrugated roof profiles.
If you have face-fastened, trapezoidal ribbed panels, or a non-metallic roof, our VersaBracket is for you! It requires no messy, field-applied sealants and leaves no risk for leaks. That’s because the VersaBracket comes with factory-applied sealant already in the base to waterproof its attachment. Simply peel the release paper from the base. CorruBracket is specifically designed for corrugated roofing.
The ColorGard crossmember easily fastens to VersaBracket with self drilling-screws, or for ease of installation, use VersaClip with a nut/bolt connection to the VersaBracket. Choose a pre-painted metal color strip, or use ColorGard without a color strip. Either way, ColorGard will offer durability for decades to come.
S-5! brackets feature integrated sealant reservoirs to prevent over-compression of the seal and to protect the sealant from UV degradation. No risky, field applied sealants are ever used. No need to source sealant materials. Instead, you get permanence, convenience, maintenance freedom, ease of installation, a complete assembly, and peace of mind.
Double Seal
EPDM factory-seal is used on sheeting-only attached brackets that mount on roof ribs or corrugations out of the drainage plane. This creates a “double-seal” by way of the EPDM washer on the fasteners from above and the pre-applied EPDM on the feet of the bracket from below.
Triple Seal
A watertight, factory-applied, 60-year butyl polymer seal is used on our brackets that attach to the decking or structure in the drainage plane of the roof. This butyl polymer along with the EPDM seal on the fasteners forms what we call a “triple seal”. The first seal is formed by the washer on the fastener from the top side. The second seal is the butyl polymer beneath the feet of the bracket, and the third is formed as the fastener is driven into the substrate, pulling butyl polymer into the threads of the fastener.
Engineered metal buildings have steel purlins. Post-frame buildings generally have wood purlins. Residential and light commercial wood frame construction generally has wood deck.
No, it will deteriorate with exposure and can then do more harm than good.
